We loved working with the folks at Portland Head Light on this scenic, photo centric, responsive, website full of great information. As Maine’s oldest lighthouse and a favorite destination for tourists and locals alike, PHL needed a content-rich site to showcase and promote this famous location. We designed a clean, versatile, new logo to represent both the lighthouse and adjacent Fort Williams park, restructured the content for intuitive navigation, built massive image based page layouts to showcase the beauty and drama of the place, and programmed all page content responsively for accessibility and mobile delivery.
Highlights: A fully responsive, mobile friendly website design and development including a customized Content Management System, custom posts, interactive slideshow, and Parallax imagery. The modern website also features secure Contact forms for asking questions about the park or providing feedback, a Weddings registration form, and a Motor Coach Booking Form for reserving and receiving parking passes.
